The CloudTimer Getting Started Tutorial:
| Start the app
Log in or create an account.
Enter your log-in name and password if you have an account.
Click on create account if you do not have an account yet.
If you do have an account, but forgot your password, you can reset it and a new password will be send to you by e-mail.

If yo do not have an account, create one by filling in the form as shown. Your newly created account has to be confirmed by clicking on the link send to you by e-mail.
Tip: If you are at a competition venue, use an email account you can receive on your smartphone.
After logging in, you will enter a page showing some competitions if available.
If you are a race organiser, you can create a new competition: click on the yellow + and follow instructions below. You can also enter a previously created event from the list by tapping on it. If you are helping out at a race, choose a previously joined competition shown in the list, or join a competition thist is not yet in your list. Click on the yellow + and follow instructions below. A race organiser with access to the web based dashboard, can add staff members to a race. The race will be shown to volunteers or staff automatically without the need to enter the race ID. You can choose an event by tapping on the event name.

After clicking on the yellow +, choose join competition and enter the given event ID and password.
Tap on the create competition icon and enter a competition name, a location and a race date. Confirm by tapping the green V at the bottomo= of the page.

| Competition menu
The competition menu shows the setting of your race. Each task in the race organisation has its own screen. Click on one of the icons to select your task.
If it is standard race, every task or role can be selected. The race manager (admin) can block certain task, or enable just one for each volunteer in the race dashboard on the website. It is possible to add athletes to the start list by clicking in the rowers icon in the upper right corner, but of course adding large numbers of athletes is much easier when done in the on-line dashboard by the race admin.

From the start list view, it is possible to add athletes, just click on the green + icon in the lower right corner.
| Add participant
Enter the bib number. Note that the highest number + 1 is given by default.
Enter the name, last name and last name prefix.
Choose a category and save the data by tapping the green V in the lower right corner.
| Some last features:
The arrow in the upper left corner always brings you back to the previous menu level.
The Eye icon in the upper right corner shows a very condensed version of the results
The list icon in the upper right corner shows the choice of the round of the competition it multiple round are applicable.
